Accessing the Employee Access Portal for Former LISD Employees
How to Retrieve New Login Credentials for Skyward Qmlativ ERP for those who Currently Do Not Work in the District
On this page
As a former member of LISD, you will have access to your previous payroll check history and W-2s for 18 months. When you completed your paperwork, you should have updated your personal email to the one that you will use for this access.
Once your resignation or retirement date is approved, you will receive an email to the personal account you have given to LISD with steps on how to access the Employee Access Portal as an inactive employee. This email will include the new username and the steps for how to log in. The new username is a unique identifier that will allow the system to tie you to your previous LISD account and information.
Employee Access Portal
From the LISD Staff website, click on the Employee Access Portal link listed alphabetically in the left-hand menu.

On the following screen, click the Skyward Qmlativ Employee Access link to open the Employee Access Portal.

Similar to how you would access as an employee, you will be directed to the login area of the Employee Access Portal. Please make sure you are using the Skyward Only Authentication login option. The left and right arrows will allow you to toggle between the screen options if needed.
Then, select the Forgot your Username or Password? link.

You will now use the new username you received in your personal email, or you may enter your personal email address on file.

A new email will be sent to your personal email from noreply@lisd.net. This email will direct you to reset your password with a provided link.

Following the emailed link and provided instructions, you will now create a personalized password with the character requirements from Skyward Qmlativ ERP. Please note that LISD does not have access to or the ability to help with resetting or looking up this password.

Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)
Upon the initial login with your new username and password, you will be prompted to use a multi-factor authentication (MFA) app to scan the QR displayed and authenticate access to the Employee Access Portal of Skyward Qmlativ ERP. This is required to protect your information and provide security. Non-LISD employees can choose which MFA app they use. Microsoft Authenticator and Google Authenticator are two popular and free MFA app options.
Once an authenticator app is downloaded on your mobile device, add a new account to the MFA app; this is typically done using the plus (+) sign. Then, use the app on your mobile device to scan the QR code displayed on your computer screen. You can enter the numeric code displayed instead of scanning the QR code. Please keep in mind that the code displayed is only valid for 10 minutes at a time, so be ready to complete this step promptly.
Select Sign In once you have connected the authenticator app to Skyward Qmlativ ERP. Now, you should be able to see all of your previous Employee Access areas in Skyward Qmlativ ERP.
Note
Skyward Qmlativ's security may require you to repeat these steps periodically.
