Viewing Credits Earned by Students
How to Review Credit Records in Skyward Qmlativ SIS
Skyward Qmlativ SIS allows users to view earned credit records for students in LISD. These records include earned credits, failed credits, earned credits attempted, and other related information.
Please refer to the information in the appropriate tab below based on which portal you have access to, Family Access, Student Access or Administrative Access.
Family Access
Earned credit information is available to parents and guardians in the Grading tile of Family Access.
Quick Steps
- In Family Access, click the Grading tile.
- Select the Earned Credits tab.
Detailed Instructions
The following steps will be completed in Skyward Qmlativ SIS. If you have access to more than one portal, you may need to click the 
down arrow next to the 
home icon and select Family Access from the drop-down menu.
- Select the Grading tile.
- You can select a tile under a specific child's name or under the View All students heading. If you wish to select a different student's information, you can do so by selecting that student's name at the top left of the screen.
- You see the Student Grades screen, where you can select the School Year Filter (Other Tabs) buttons near the top of the screen to display current year or all years information.
- The Current Year button displays your student's earned credit information for the current school year.
- The All Years button displays their earned credit information for all years the student has attended this entity.
- You can select a tile under a specific child's name or under the View All students heading. If you wish to select a different student's information, you can do so by selecting that student's name at the top left of the screen.
- Select the Earned Credits tab.
- Your child's earned credit records display organized by description, earned credits, failed credits, earned credits attempted, earned credits possible, state credits, and local credits.
- Your child's earned credit records display organized by description, earned credits, failed credits, earned credits attempted, earned credits possible, state credits, and local credits.
You have successfully viewed earned credit information!
