Welcome to another 60 Second Power-up! With Skyward it really is easy to keep  track of your child's academic performance. Let's take a look at how. Grades are one of the most popular  destinations in family access. From your dashboard, click the grades tile. On this page, you'll see a full list of  your child's classes and term grades. You can filter to view only current  classes or classes for the whole year. If you aren't sure what a code means,  click on the legend to learn more. To view more details for a given  grade, click on the underlined number. A details panel will appear giving a breakdown of  all assignments for that course sorted by type. From here, you can dig even deeper into assignment  details or view calculations and grading scales. If you want to see how this all looks on your child’s report card, head back to the dashboard and click on the report card tile. It's as easy as that! Check out the other 60 Second Power-Ups and become even more Skyward savvy!

  1. Click the Grading tile.

    • If this is the first time you are viewing the Student Grades screen, the Current Classes button for the Grades Filter (Grades Tab) field is selected. If you wish to see classes for the entire year instead of just the current classes, you can select the All Year button instead.
